SHIPPING POLICY

All shipment and returns will be from and to our studio address in La Jolla, California.

SHIPPING

Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving to hello@brunna.co. We will either send you a new piece or refund your money, whichever is preferred. 

We are not responsible for the delay in shipping trasnit time caused by the 3rd party shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc). Please call USPS, UPS, DHL, FEDEX, etc for more information about their current transit time.

 

Stolen / Missing Package Policy

We promise to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, we will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as shipped.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS/FedEx or UPS and file a police report if necessary. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier. When this happens, you can let us know by emailing us to hello@brunna.co and we'd be happy to assist you to resolve the issue.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping to many countries outside of the United States. If you country or location is not available at the time of purchase, please contact us so we may figure out the best shipping solution based on your location. 

Please contact us at hello@brunna.co if you feel that the DHL Express shipping cost is overpriced. Due to the limited setting, the automated DHL calculation might show innacurate price. Do reach out to us and we can help you with the accurate calculation and hopefully provide better prices. 

 

USPS Priority Mail International Service

For shipments with USPS Priority Mail International, kindly check the package status at your local post office once the package reaches the destination country. USPS Priority Mail International service only provides tracking status on their website until the package arrives at the destination country, for further information regarding custom fees/ local delivery updates, you'll need to contact your local post office/ official local shipping service on your own. If this method doesn't work for you, kindly choose UPS or DHL International shipping.

Transit on this shipment may take up from 15-30 days for delivery. If you need your order sooner, kindly consider to upgrade the shipping service to UPS Express or DHL Express Shipping, this shipment may take up from 3-5 days for delivery.

Shipping rates and services will vary depending on item weight, value and customer location. Please checkout your order to view the estimated shipping cost.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address, unclaimed packages, late or missing packages. Kindly contact USPS.com to file claims.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

Each customer outside of the United States is responsible for any and all Customs/Duties/Tax fees due. We are NOT responsible for any Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes accrued nor will we be responsible undeliverable items because of a failure to pay said Custom, Duties or Taxes.

In an event of a return or exchange: Shipping costs, Customs/Duties/Taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE for International Orders.

 

International Customs Forms

We do not mark items as "Gift" on customs forms nor do we enter a value lower than the actual value of each item purchased.

 

International Addresses

We are not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of a wrong address format or if the contents inside are prohibited in your country. We will not issue refunds or exchanges for unclaimed/ returned package, kindly touch base with the local post office in the destination country for shipping updates.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
